We deliver to addresses in the UK only. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

 

You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Please contact us if your order is delayed or does not arrive.

 

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when you, or someone you nominate, receives them, unless the law requires otherwise.

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.

 

We will issue eligible refunds within the time required by law. Unless goods are faulty, incorrect or an exception applies, you may be responsible for reasonable return postage where this was explained before purchase.

 

Nothing in these terms limits your legal rights if goods are faulty, misdescribed, unsafe or not fit for purpose. For faulty or incorrect goods, we will cover reasonable return postage and provide the remedy required by law.
