Use of website

This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.

You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent; any reproduction or social media posts must include reference to 'The Millhouse Home'

Delivery

We endeavour to despatch all orders within 3 - 5 days by Royal Mail.

Bespoke orders will take a little longer.

All our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable. On occasion we may use packaging beans; these are fully biodegradable and will dissolve in water.

Returns

We really want you to enjoy our products and customer satisfaction is important to us; however we are unable to process returns or exchanges on wax melt unless they are damaged. In the event that any of your items are damaged please contact us within 7 days with a photograph of the damaged item. All other items may be returned for refund/exchange within 14 days, please contact us to arrange return. On occasion we may ask that you return a damaged item for our inspection so that we may improve our packaging. Any returns must be in the original packaging otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund/exchange. Thank you for your understanding.

It is necessary for us to collect your personal data, including payment information, in order to process orders and deal with any after sales queries. We may, from time to time, send you special offers or promotions. You can rest assured that we will respect your privacy at all times and will never share any of your information with any other party.
